Red October again won Tier 1 season play and the playoffs with a 9-0 record.

2004 KAHUNA CLASSIC

It was a beautiful fall day, with a little wind, at beautiful Rosehill D.G. & C.C. on October 23, 2004 for the 14th Annual Kahuna Classic.

Duro Oravsky won the right to wear the ceremonial red jacket for the next year.

Duro and Clark McKeown were tied at the end of the regulation course. On the sudden-death deciding hole,
Duro remained consistent and withstood Clark's challenge to win the day.

Joanne Gallagher, closely followed by Mickey McKeown, led the women.

Mark Lennox and Dustin Demille also finished strongly, followed closely by Spencer Shin, Nate Hegarty, Cas Beaton and Harry Burkman. Full Results.

The great equalizers were the wind and the trees and the hills in the ravine (and maybe the bubba).

The Classic ended successfully back at the Clubhouse and the summer tour was officially concluded. Talk of a Kahuna league championship ensued.
